The quality of life update!
Here various minor overhauls have been made including the monster flute being improved, balancing patches (Especially for physical weapons which are generally unimpressive), your soul changes in hard mode's post-game so super bosses are a bit more difficult, dialogue was added or changed to make the game more coherent and all items are now available in every language.
