Full game available

Buffed the late game enemies as they were very easy. (Hopefully they're not too hard now. The fights ARE winnable at least.)
Temporarily* removed some of the less supported / more difficult languages. (*Until everything is caught up there will be no attempt to introduce new stuff into the game.)
Buffed staffs to make them worth considering vs wands.
NG+ works...in theory.
Looked over the English script and fixed any noted errors or areas to improve.
